The New Loyalty Program allows players to receive more points as they wager on any game that can be redeemed for extra cash. The more they play the more points they accumulate that can be redeemed at any time. The Program is structured for players across all their five levels or tiers, namely, Green, Blue, Silver, Gold and Platinum.

According to a company spokesperson, the Loyalty Program is very much in alignment with the GoWild philosophy. Points are awarded for entry level players who make the grade to their respective tier. Maintenance points are awarded to those who make the required number of points within their tier and are eligible to move up another tier. Bonus points are also awarded to players. The new Program has been tweaked from its earlier version to award more points to players who progress to higher tiers. Players also have the added freedom of converting their points into bonus credits at the Green and Blue tier levels, and cash credits for the Silver, Gold and Platinum tiers. Earlier, the system only allowed players to convert points into cash. 

Points are applicable to all games, except that progressive slots are not included in the Loyalty Program.
