Paula Tatum is the owner and founder of Jacques in the City. A graduate of Florida State University who earned a degree in Social Science, Paula had the opportunity to intern at the Florida State Capitol working as Governor Bush’s aide for a year.  After moving to New York to further her career, Ms. Tatum worked on Wall Street but realized her true calling in life was to be an entrepreneur.  Most recently, Paula has expressed her entrepreneurial and creative talents in the quote book she authored which is based on her personal experience working in the political and business arenas, 101 Things My Father Never Told Me.
