April 15th 2015: West Jefferson, NC. – American e-cigarette company Breathe Intelligent Cigarette Limited Liability Company has redesigned their website, giving way to a novel and more enhanced user experience.
The refurbished design comes with a more user friendly interface involving better functionality and smoother navigation.
An OLARK powered chat line is available for instant responses to product purchases to customer billing, aiding in faster customer service. Signing in is much easier with a scroll-over Log In option at the top bar, which also includes a hotline for telephonic assistance.
A newly designed ‘Shopping Cart’ experience has been added, allowing visitors to select items which are then accumulated for eventual purchase, making it much easier to calculate the total order price, including shipping charges. Customers can also compare products based on specifications.
Additionally, three new subcategories have been added under the “Corporate” tab and drop-down. Aesthetic improvements include a website theme that changes colors on a monthly basis. Images have also been updated to showcase the Breathe Electronic Cigarette brand including e-cigarettes, hookahs, clearomizers, cartomizers and accessories.
