No More Phone Tag Celebrates 25 Years in Operation

No More Phone Tag was founded as a voicemail service in 1991 and is celebrating their 25th anniversary this year. Many predicted there was no need for these services and the company would not make it past their five year anniversary. Despite the criticism, the business has succeeded and is preparing to celebrate their 25th anniversary.

The company can celebrate many successes and has made many advancements as they reach the quarter century marker. They were the first in the nation to run a large voicemail service bureau using PCs rather than a solitary mini or mainframe computer, as well as the first to use technology supported message transcription. They were first in several areas over the course of their existence, including the first to use automated answering technology for property management and for medical answering services. No More Phone Tag was also one of the first companies offering virtual assistant call management services.

No More Phone Tag celebrated many firsts in their home state as well. They were the first company in Ohio to offer flat-rate fees for customers, free live transfer calls, unlimited free pager notifications and phone delivery of messages.
