Live Oak Contracting Breaks Ground on Nexton Apartments
Live Oak Contracting, a full-service contractor that specializes in commercial and multifamily construction, just announced the groundbreaking of a new distinctive apartment community in Charleston, South Carolina, that will feature 345 luxury apartment units.
The luxury apartment homes being constructed by Live Oak Contracting will deliver a resort-style living environment. Units being constructed by Live Oak Contracting will include a variety of sizes, including townhomes with private garages. Live Oak Contracting has already begun construction and the first apartments are scheduled to be online by 2021. A full completion date is expected in the spring of 2022.
