Lux Appliance Care announced that two newly hired appliance repair technicians have completed initial onboarding and training and are now scheduled to handle customer service calls across the Phoenix metropolitan area. The company said the additions are intended to increase capacity, support more appointments, and maintain consistent service standards as demand grows. The two technicians joined Lux Appliance Care in recent weeks and have been working under supervision while completing training and ride-alongs. They are now assigned to field routes, supported by the existing operations team and documented service processes.
Lux Appliance Care provides residential and commercial appliance repair, including refrigerator and freezer repair, ranges and cooktops, ovens, dishwashers, and select specialty equipment such as ice machines and wine coolers.“Growth only matters if quality stays consistent,” said Eli Sabayev, founder of Lux Appliance Care. Our focus was to train and support these technicians so they can serve customers with professionalism and clear, upfront communication.
Sabayev added that the expansion is also meant to strengthen the company’s role as a local employer. Founded in 2021, Lux Appliance Care operates in North Phoenix and serves communities across the wider Phoenix metro area. The update reflects an ongoing labor and service-capacity issue in home services: adding trained field staff can reduce wait times and improve appointment availability, especially for essential kitchen and laundry appliances.
