EZ Press Release  -- October 13, 2016 The Plaza View Ballroom is preparing it’s next successful year.  November 2016 begins the third year of Prescott’s most prestigious banquet and ballroom facility.

The Plaza View Ballroom, with it’s rich history and charm features gorgeous chandeliers, heroic murals, 18-foot ceilings and amazing views of Downtown Prescott. Our goal is to exceed your expectations by delivering an unsurpassable quality of service as you cherish the most memorable moments in your life.  We can accommodate up to 299 guests.

Top quality services are provided by professional and dedicated catering and banquet teams who will assist you with the planning process throughout events. 

As we continue to grow, we are adding the following improvements:  Wood floors being upgraded, new HVAC being installed, seating choices will be upgraded. The Plaza View Ballroom will also be receiving kitchen and cooking build-out capabilities and adding additional catering offerings.

Events hosted at the ballroom include: Wedding Ceremonies, Receptions, Birthday Parties, Non Profit Galas, Memorials, International Events, Local Business Breakfasts and Luncheons, Open Houses, Holiday Parties and more. 

When it comes to guest satisfaction and customer service, the staff at Plaza View execute exceptionally. The Plaza View Ballroom staff received Outstanding Customer Service Award from the City of Prescott and Tourism Board in May 2016.

Beginning, Wednesday, September 28, 2016 the Plaza View Ballroom with host a monthly Open House.  We will open our doors and invite in local interests to view the ballroom, sample our cuisine and meet the staff.  This will be a great time for prospective and interested parties to attend and experience the “ballroom” in action.   The time is from 5 pm – 7:30 pm. 

Holiday Parties are a great way to recognize staff and honored guests.  We have great packages to offer!
