Resolvium Divorce Mediation announced that Hon. Margaret Walsh (Ret.), a retired New York State Supreme Court Justice, is now available through Resolvium to conduct divorce mediation matters, bringing more than 18 years on the bench, including 14 years in Family Court and four years in Supreme Court handling matrimonial cases, to families seeking an out-of-court resolution process.
Walsh recently retired from the judiciary and stepped down as Senior Co-Chair of the New York State Advisory Committee on Judicial Ethics, a panel issuing advisory opinions on ethical matters affecting judges. In her new role with Resolvium, Walsh is serving as a New York–licensed attorney who does not represent individuals in court, focusing instead on mediation as a structured, confidential process intended to help parties reach durable agreements, particularly where children and co-parenting decisions are involved.
Resolvium announced the addition, aiming to expand access to experienced mediation leadership for separating couples who want to reduce the intensity and time demands of litigation by working toward negotiated resolutions on core issues such as parenting arrangements and financial terms. Resolvium provides divorce and marriage mediation services nationwide across multiple U.S. states.
