Southside Wrecker Visited Miller’s Test Facility to Try New Equipment
Union City, Georgia, August 27, 2022: Southside Wrecker is pleased to announce that they recently visited Miller’s Testing Facility in Battlecreek, MI, to try the new Eaton Cummins Endurant XD Pro automatic transmission. This new transmission promises excellent power and efficiency to enhance towing for large vehicles.
Southside Wrecker sent their owner, Jeff Poquette, to test drive vehicles with the new transmission to determine if they are a good fit for the towing company. The test-drive experience occurred on Miller’s proving grounds, located on 600 acres of land in Marshall, Michigan. The testing loop consists of straightways, hills up to a 15 percent grade, and banked curves, allowing drivers to test equipment in natural conditions. The drivers tested several trucks with the new transmissions and found smoother shifting for a more enjoyable driving experience.
Southside Wrecker is dedicated to finding the best equipment to give customers the highest level of service. They recognize the value of the new Miller transmissions and were eager to try them. Southside Wrecker is looking forward to ordering new trucks with the Eaton Cummins Endurant XD Pro automatic transmissions.
