Wise Ways Consulting Offers Emotional Intelligence Training for Government Entities
Wise Ways Consulting is pleased to announce they offer emotional intelligence training to government entities to help them more effectively do their jobs. They have completed several projects and are in the process of working on new projects.
Wise Ways Consulting is just finishing a contract with Customs and Border Protection in northern Virginia. This contract involved a series of individual sessions that provided guidance in delivering successful briefings. They also implemented their EQ-i 2.0 instrument to help gauge success.
Currently, they have extended their contract with the US Air Force and Space and Missile Systems Commands, including Air Force bases in California, New Mexico and Colorado. They have been working with the staff of these bases to provide the training necessary to mentor new recruits. Due to the positive feedback, this contract has been extended.
Finally, Wise Ways Consulting is starting a new project next month with the Army Aviation and Missile Command at Redstone Arsenal. They will be using the EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360 instruments as part of the training process. These instruments will provide valuable insight into the value of emotional intelligence. The members of the leadership team will receive both individual results and the results of their team overall, allowing them to improve their performance.
